We offer you the space to align your values, desires and ambitions, so that you can confidently continue to build on the next phase in your (professional) life. With the SPP you get the opportunity to reflect on your inner world, your self-image, your energy givers, obstacles, barriers and deepest desires in a safe and familiar setting. A sustainable leadership journey

The SPP offers you a unique leadership journey in which you will be challenged to dive deeper into the world of sustainable development (SDGs and ESG) and to discover and develop yourself further. During the SPP journey, you will be part of a driven, multidisciplinary team of 10 to 12 senior professionals, each with their own rich experience and backgrounds. These professionals are intrinsically motivated and full of energy, determined to fill in their next phase of life with (more) self-awareness and meaning.

Reflect and inspire

In our opinion, the trick is to be able to make the connection between thinking (head), feeling (heart) and doing (hands). By reflecting on your vision and desires, and taking action from your authentic self, you get a grip on your future course. The result? A renewed balance, so that you make more conscious choices, work with more satisfaction and can face future challenges with self-awareness and with your head held high.

Start and practical information

In May 2025 we will start with 2 groups. We have a total of 24 places available that will be divided into 2 teams of a maximum of 12 participants per team.

The first physical, joint meetings (before the summer recess) will take place on the following days:

Location: De Weide Blik in Driebergen. Located in the rural area of Driebergen-Rijsenburg. Easily accessible by car. If you come by train, it is about 20 minutes by bike from NS station Driebergen-Zeist.

After the summer recess (6 weeks) there are an average of 2 joint meetings per month. 1 x online (1.5 hours) and 1 x physically on location (afternoon). The Christmas recess lasts 3 weeks.

Please, reserve the above dates in your agenda. Around mid-May you will hear from us in which team you are assigned, and which 3 days apply to you.

Investment

In order to participate in the SPP, an investment of EUR 7,495 (excluding VAT) is due. You can indicate the billing details in the registration form. 

Information sessions

    The PDI Journey offers a pragmatic approach in the transition to a ‘future-proof’ company

    The rapidly changing demand for strong and proven ESG performance makes the business case crystal clear for embedding sustainability at the heart of your organisation’s strategy, operations and culture. However, the path to achieve that goal is often not yet clear.

    Therefore, you understand the need to invest in a strategic transformation process. The PDI Journey fits this perfectly. The Purpose Driven Impact (PDI) Journey is an inspiring project-based leadership journey that lasts 9 to 12 months. The project is ideally selected and approved by the company’s management and is of strategic importance.

    Our approach

    A multidisciplinary team is assembled within the company to participate in the PDI Journey. A team of 8 to 10 highly motivated professionals with different backgrounds and years of experience. What each individual team member has in common is their ability to lead by example, inspire confidence and initiate change.

    Two senior executive team coaches guide the team on their leadership journey, building on the pillars of ambition, trust, purpose and openness. These are essential elements to create the right mindset and lay the foundation to deliver outstanding team performance.

    As sponsor of the project, the management receives regular progress reports from the team.
