We offer you the space to align your values, desires and ambitions, so that you can confidently continue to build on the next phase in your (professional) life. With the SPP you get the opportunity to reflect on your inner world, your self-image, your energy givers, obstacles, barriers and deepest desires in a safe and familiar setting. A sustainable leadership journey
The SPP offers you a unique leadership journey in which you will be challenged to dive deeper into the world of sustainable development (SDGs and ESG) and to discover and develop yourself further. During the SPP journey, you will be part of a driven, multidisciplinary team of 10 to 12 senior professionals, each with their own rich experience and backgrounds. These professionals are intrinsically motivated and full of energy, determined to fill in their next phase of life with (more) self-awareness and meaning.
Reflect and inspire
In our opinion, the trick is to be able to make the connection between thinking (head), feeling (heart) and doing (hands). By reflecting on your vision and desires, and taking action from your authentic self, you get a grip on your future course. The result? A renewed balance, so that you make more conscious choices, work with more satisfaction and can face future challenges with self-awareness and with your head held high.

Start and practical information
In May 2025 we will start with 2 groups. We have a total of 24 places available that will be divided into 2 teams of a maximum of 12 participants per team.
The first physical, joint meetings (before the summer recess) will take place on the following days:
Team 1: 21 May, 18 June and 9 July 2025
Team 2: 23 May, 20 June and 11 July 2025
Location: De Weide Blik in Driebergen. Located in the rural area of Driebergen-Rijsenburg. Easily accessible by car. If you come by train, it is about 20 minutes by bike from NS station Driebergen-Zeist.
After the summer recess (6 weeks) there are an average of 2 joint meetings per month. 1 x online (1.5 hours) and 1 x physically on location (afternoon). The Christmas recess lasts 3 weeks.

Investment
In order to participate in the SPP, an investment of EUR 7,495 (excluding VAT) is due. You can indicate the billing details in the registration form.
Information sessions
If you want to know more you can register below to participate in a virtual information session. During this session, you will receive more information about the SPP and about the team of executive coaches that will support you. The information sessions will be held on Thursday 10 April and Wednesday 16 April from 16:00 to 17:00.
