
Karina Jansen is a senior change manager and (team) coach. Her approach to life is to embrace change and movement; and to help others do the same. She is positive, open-minded and sociable. A strategic thinker. Decisive. Her analytical skills are sharp; she has an eye for detail. Karina loves complex situations and challenges that -to find the best way forward- stimulate her to use her talents. She is organization-sensitive and people-oriented.
It is Karina’s conviction that everyone carries an enormous innate potential within them. Even though our world seems to attach more value to what we acquire, rather than to what we already have in us. She has learned to tap into her own potential by using change and movement to push her personal and professional boundaries. Her mission is to help people explore their innate potential.
Karina has held various (managerial and ultimately responsible) roles and positions in her professional life. This took place for the most part in an international and corporate environment and in various sectors. From a legal background, the course has been set more and more clearly towards roles in which behavior and culture are central; from the head to the heart and from inner wisdom and intuition.
A person is never too old to learn and change course – that is Karina’s conviction. She therefore sees senior professionals as a very resilient target group that can use (life) experience as a catalyst.
