Ambitieuze jonge toptalenten afkomstig van een breed scala aan bedrijven. Met een diversiteit aan professionele en cross-culturele achtergronden. Toekomstige leiders die stonden te popelen om zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen. Ik heb altijd het vertrouwen en de steun gevoeld van mijn mede bestuursleden om het voor elkaar te krijgen. Als (mede)initiatiefnemer van het YPP en als vrijwillige teamcoach was ik volledig betrokken tijdens de opstart en gedurende de pilotfase van het YPP (2017\u20132019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinds 2019 heb ik het YPP verder geprofessionaliseerd als leiderschapsontwikkelingsprogramma met ondersteuning van het bestuur en het stafteam van UN Global Compact Network Netherlands. Vanaf 2020 was ik volledig toegewijd aan het vervullen van de rol van YPP Program Director en Executive Team Coach voor de verschillende YPP teams. Ik heb in de periode 2017\u20132025 als teamcoach in totaal 15 teams (&gt;140 YPP-deelnemers) begeleid gedurende hun eenjarige SDG-leiderschapsreis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"nv-iframe-embed\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Young Professionals Program - UN Global Compact Network Netherlands\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AwHVkoGMdco?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Werken met jonge, getalenteerde en begaafde mensen is mijn passie. Het inspireren en het in hun kracht zetten van de leiders van de toekomst is iets waar ik al vele jaren echt in geloof. Werken aan de SDG's, positieve impact maken en young professionals helpen om hun persoonlijke leercurve te versnellen is iets wat we allemaal graag zouden doen. Tenminste, dat denk ik. Dat is iets waar je altijd naar moet streven. Ervoor zorgen dat je werk je passie wordt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik beschouw mezelf als een geluksvogel. Na een lange professionele carri\u00e8re in het bedrijfsleven en in de professionele dienstverlening, ben ik nu in staat om mijn expertise en geleerde lessen in het leven te delen met de volgende generatie leiders. Maar laat ik glashelder zijn. Mijn leercurve gaat ook steil omhoog sinds ik deze richting ben ingeslagen. Werken met hoogopgeleide mensen betekent dat je ook als teamcoach elke dag wordt uitgedaagd door deze leergierige en kritische young professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik ben er trots op dat ik dit geavanceerde leiderschapsprogramma van de grond af aan heb kunnen ontwikkelen en het YPP in de loop van de tijd verder heb kunnen verbeteren en professionaliseren. Verder ben ik ook enorm trots en dankbaar dat zoveel topbedrijven en jonge professionals zich over de jaren hebben aangemeld voor het YPP. Ik kan alleen maar concluderen dat dit betekent dat het YPP waarde heeft gecre\u00ebert voor de deelnemers en de bedrijven waarvoor ze werkten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier kun je een kijkje nemen hoe het programma eruitzag (zie de YPP-brochure van 2023). Next to that, being part of a very driven group helped me to grow personally and professionally. Although sometimes a bumpy ride, the program has taught me how to work together as a team better and what needs to be done to reach a desired goal. My personal highlight?
